My grandmother recently left me her entire collection of picture books and children's literature. The entire collection is comprised of over 300 books. I am attempting to read as many as possible in 2014.

Finally we get different skin tones from Demi. I would have preferred even more variation of skin tones throughout the book, seeing how the Polos travelled through so many regions of eastern Europe and Asia, but I'll take what I can get at this point.
Demi refers to noodles as spaghetti, which just seems bizarre (I guess it makes more sense in this book than in The Greatest Power, so there's that). And the book takes awhile to get going. It felt stilted at the beginning.
